At Melaure, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must include original packaging
  • The return request must be approved before shipping the item back

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions if your return is approved.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 2–7 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Final sale items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided in the following situations:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Unauthorized returns sent without approval

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase, you may receive store credit or a gift certificate for approved returns.

Otherwise, refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
